Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. Once processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
Refund Process:
If eligible, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Eligibility:
Products must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging. Please contact our support team before initiating a return.
Non-Refundable Items:
Customized or special-order products are not eligible for return or refund.
